Description

This free webinar explores strategies for using Fathom® Dynamic Data in your classroom to align with the Algebra and Functions strands of the Common Core State Standards, including the following:

  • Connections to Functions and Modeling
  • Create equations that describe numbers or relationships
  • Build a function that models a relationship between two quantities
  • Interpret expressions for functions in terms of the situation they model

In particular, presenter David Kapolka will explore connections between function coefficients and transformations, as well as connections between the perimeter and area of rectangles.
