You don’t need the raw data to estimate the difference of means. As you can see from the example at right, you only need to fill in the count, mean, and standard deviation for each of the groups.

 

Notice here that we’ve used units of Hg*mm for the means and standard deviations. The measurements are presumably blood pressure in millimeters of mercury.
