Copy and Paste an Attribute’s Formula

You can paste a formula from one attribute into another.

1.	In the Cases panel of an inspector or in a case table, select the attribute whose formula you want to copy.

2.	Choose Edit \| Copy Formula.

3.	Select the destination attribute and choose Edit \| Paste Formula.

Warning: If you paste a formula into an attribute that already has values, you replace those values with the formula’s results. You probably want to paste into an empty attribute.
