Delete Cases

How To... > Work with Collections > Delete Cases

Deleting cases removes them from the collection. If you want to move the cases to another collection, cut them so you can paste them elsewhere. If you want to look at a subset of the collection’s data without getting rid of the cases, you should add a filter. See Restrict the Cases You See by Filtering Data.
